St Thomas a Becket has a well supported Sunday School. We welcome all ages, from school age to year 5/6 (occasionally the older children stay as helpers and role models!)

We try and follow the Church Calendar as far as possible inclusive of New and Old Testament Lessons. Our sessions include prayer, bible reading, craft activities, singing and games. We commence at 10.45 am with Registration and end at 12 noon. We break for the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays. We perform a simple nativity at Christmas with special focus on the real meaning of Christmas.

We have a child protection policy whereby all our helpers are made fully aware. All helpers are equally CRB checked. The Rev Hinchcliffe is very inclusive of Sunday School in services where all the children receive a blessing, thereby becoming familiar with the church etiquette.
